Quotations

Concrete pricing is quotation-based. A website quote request is an enquiry only and does not create an order or reserve a delivery slot. The final Rock-Tuff quotation and any conditions stated on it take precedence over general information displayed on the website.

Concrete specification

The required concrete strength and mix must follow the applicable project or engineering specification. If you are unsure which mix is required, request assistance and provide as much project information as possible. Website guidance and the concrete calculator do not replace professional structural or engineering specifications.

Delivery booking

Concrete delivery booking is essential. A delivery-booking form submission is a request only. The delivery date and time are confirmed only when Rock-Tuff confirms the arrangement.

Same-day delivery payment

Direct EFT is required for same-day delivery. The required payment or deposit must reflect in Rock-Tuff’s bank account before delivery.

Other delivery days

For other delivery days, EFT or card payment may be used. Proof of payment must be supplied as requested by Rock-Tuff to confirm the delivery arrangement.

Online and card payments

This website does not request or store bank-card details. Where card payment is available, Rock-Tuff will provide or confirm the approved payment method directly. Never send card PINs or full card details through the website enquiry, quotation or booking forms.

Delivery information

Customers should provide accurate site, access, contact, quantity and delivery information. If site access is restricted or requires special arrangements, include this in the quote or booking request so it can be discussed before delivery.
